Who has experience in installing centrifugal high-pressure ammonium hydroxide pumps?

Our factory has a centrifugal high-pressure ammonium methoxide pump (originally manufactured by Ebara Corporation in Japan). During recent maintenance work, many problems arose. I would appreciate it if those of you who have experience maintaining pumps of this type could share the key points to keep in mind during assembly. Thank you
Ebara’s ammonium pump also belongs to the category of cylindrical multi-stage high-pressure centrifugal pumps; the maintenance standards and requirements are specified in 1) Maintenance Standards for Multi-Stage Pumps； 2) Maintenance manual for Ebara pumps ； 3) The Ebara ammonium pump uses tilting-pad radial bearings and Michel thrust bearings; for maintenance, refer to the standards for bearing pads of the unit. This multi-stage pump is similar to the lean methanol pump used in low-temperature methanol washing, the boiler feed water pump, and the high-pressure ash water pump used for treating gasification ash; its maintenance can serve as a reference.
