How to prevent welding deformation of the water tank bottom plate?

There is a water tank whose bottom plate is made of 6mm thick steel plate, 15m long and 8m wide. Is there any good way to prevent the bottom plate of the water tank from deforming when the bottom plate is spliced (the maximum deformation is required to be controlled within 30mm)? Thank you!
1. Use the original flat plate. After welding, the deformation of the flat plate will be large. 2. Break the welding and control the welding line energy.
Use break welding, jump welding or back welding, add rigid fixation at appropriate positions on both sides of the weld, and eliminate deformation in a timely manner if any deformation is found during the welding process.

I think section welding is the most ideal way to deal with tank deformation. The price/performance ratio is relatively high.
