The purge pressure is limited to 0.5MPA and should be controlled at 0.3…0.5. ; 4. When moving the machine, pay attention to the pipeline head to prevent dust from entering the pipeline. ; 5. I use a regular vacuum cleaner. Mainly for the column box door insulation layer and fan area. The circuit area is mainly for the lower layer, the circuit board layer, just light tape. Personal opinion.

At the same time, dust in the air can easily enter the instrument due to electrostatic adsorption. You will know it if you turn on your home computer regularly.
