Hello everyone! Our company is planning to install power generation equipment soon; does anyone know of any good manufacturers of extraction steam turbine generators that you could recommend to me? Thank you!
Several major turbine manufacturers such as Harbin Steam Turbine, Hangzhou Steam Turbine, Qingdao Steam Turbine, and Wuhan Steam Turbine are capable of producing extraction steam turbines. However, for different turbine manufacturers, the user must first specify their requirements; after a cost-benefit analysis through bidding, the user can then choose the manufacturer to produce the turbines.
All three major automobile manufacturers are represented: SAIC, Harbin Auto, and Dongfeng Motor. There are also many smaller engine manufacturers that offer a wide range of models, such as those in Nanjing, Hangzhou, Qingdao, Wuhan, and so on
What size of aircraft crew are you going to be on? That’s very important. A decision can only be made based on the size of the unit. Smaller ones include Qingdao Jieneng, Luoyang, Nanjing, Hangzhou, and so on. There are also many large manufacturers of power generation units.
We **have a large number of manufacturers that produce extraction steam turbines; it depends on the capacity and specifications of the units your factory intends to install.** Additionally, it depends on the level of adjustment required for the extraction steam, as well as the parameters and flow rate. Several turbine manufacturers, such as Harbin Steam Turbine, SAIC, Dongfang Steam Turbine, Nanjing Steam Turbine, Wuhan Steam Turbine, Beichang Heavy Industry, Hangzhou Steam Turbine, and Qingdao Steam Turbine, are capable of producing extraction steam turbines. Harbin Steam Turbine, SAIC, and Dongfang Steam Turbine mainly produce 600MW units; they generally do not take on orders for smaller units. Nanjing Steam Turbine, Wuhan Steam Turbine, and Beichang Heavy Industry can produce 200MW units as well, and they do accept orders for smaller units as well. In 2002, our plant upgraded two 12MW units, which were extraction condensers equipped with two-stage extraction. I was involved in the manufacturer’s investigations, equipment ordering, as well as the installation and commissioning of the equipment. I believe there is one more aspect related to extraction condensers that deserves attention, and that is the extraction structure. Currently, there are generally two types: the lift-plate type and the rotary diaphragm type. We chose the rotary diaphragm type because our plant’s original Soviet-era units used this type, and we are accustomed to using it. The turbines produced by Qingqi, a domestic turbine manufacturer, are of the plate-type design, while other manufacturers are capable of producing those with rotary diaphragms.
The extraction steam turbine is produced by Changdong Group (Wuhan Steam Turbine Factory). Additionally, this factory employs a unique method of dynamic balancing that enables operation at speeds above the second-order critical speed; it is the only manufacturer in China that has never experienced any serious accidents such as shaft breakage.
We recover the waste heat generated by gas turbine power generation using a waste heat boiler, and then use it to drive a extraction steam turbine generator
