Recently, the company is preparing to produce 1W tons of sodium sulfite per year. Since the amount of SO2 required is not as much as required for sulfuric acid production, I would like to ask some experts.: When choosing a sulfur burner, is it appropriate to choose a sulfur burner with molten sulfur spray combustion? If it is suitable, please recommend the manufacturer, thank you very much!
:'(Are there any experts in this field? Give me some pointers
1M is 1 million tons/year, which is not a small amount. Please check to see if it is that much, and then discuss the plan.
The first floor said 1W, not 1M
Sorry, I misread it, it was W not M. It is difficult to operate a sulfur furnace with such a small amount. I used to make sodium coke at 2W/year. It is already very difficult to control. The nozzle is very small and it is very difficult for the spray to burn in such a small stove. Other furnace types may be considered.
:) Thanks for the tip! It seems that it can only be burned with pellets! Thank you bdsp001, thank you txgyl!
In fact, if you find a sulfuric acid plant and install an exhaust gas recovery device on their exhaust emissions, you can get this product. This will make two things easier, and the other party can reduce emissions and improve environmental protection. You can also reduce equipment investment. If the distance is reasonable, if you need this product, you can contact QQ215898039 and we have it ready.
Chongqing Dianjiang Desulfurization Plant produces sodium metabisulfite, with an annual output of 7,500 tons/set, and there are two sets. It has been in operation for several years. It chooses a sulfur furnace with molten sulfur spray combustion. The furnace is 12 meters long and 2.1 meters in diameter. The sulfur spray volume of the spray gun is 240-360Kg/h, and there is no sulfur liters. The spray gun can also adjust the amount of sulfur sprayed, and the effect is very good.
