**Specific requirements for the tubular heaters to be procured:**
1. The tubular heaters are non-standard equipment transferred from the Jiaonai Research Institute; the manufacturer responsible for production must prepare the necessary design drawings on their own. 2〉 The equipment manufacturing and acceptance standards shall be in accordance with the requirements of the drawings. 3〉 Acceptance method by the buyer: Party A will be present to conduct the acceptance once the furnace tubes have been manufactured and installed. 4〉 The supplier shall indicate in the bid the material and manufacturer of the furnace tubes and furnace charge used. 5〉 The bid price shall include the costs for equipment transportation and on-site installation. 6〉 Upon delivery of the equipment, completion documents (inspection reports, material sheets, certificates of conformity, etc.) must be submitted. This bidding process is conducted via invited bidding. 2.
