If you were an ordinary employee at a design firm, performing the most routine design tasks, who do you think should decide your bonus amount: 1. Completely determined by the project manager. 2. It is entirely decided by the person in charge of the respective field. 3. Part is decided by the project manager, and part is decided by the person in charge of the relevant specialty. It is decided jointly by all the designers and project managers involved in the design, as well as the project leader!
