There are many steam valves used in the chemical industry, and given the large number of chemical processing units, it’s difficult to provide a comprehensive overview. In general, the pressure and temperature levels associated with steam valves in this industry aren’t very high, so domestic-made valves are sufficient. These valves include gate valves, globe valves, check valves, and traps. In some units where the steam pressure is high, high-pressure valves are required; in such cases, it’s advisable to choose imported valves or high-quality domestic brands. The types of valves are similar to those mentioned above. Additionally, there are control valves, temperature reducers, and pressure-reducing devices. Recommended imported brands include GGC; VELAN, PACIFIC, EDWARD CONTROL VALVE; FISHER, CV, and DRESSER STEAM CONDITIONING VALVE: CCI, CV, HORA
