Regarding the issue of changing jobs

I work for a company that specializes in the construction and installation of petrochemical facilities. It’s common for employees here to change jobs; many people who graduated from university and worked at our company for over 5 years, after obtaining their engineer credentials, choose to switch jobs. I’m now at my sixth year here as well – should I consider changing jobs too? I am a technician responsible for pipeline installation and equipment setup in projects. I don’t know what kind of company I should switch to, nor am I sure if I’ll be able to adapt to the new job
Without a target for any unit, how can it jump? It’s better to stay safe for a while. Whether to change jobs or not depends on whether you have room for growth or expansion at the moment. One should complete all job changes before the age of 40, and try to change jobs as little as possible after that age.
Think carefully before taking action; don’t follow the crowd in everything you do, as blindly pursuing others’ trends can easily lead to losses.

First, one must have a clear understanding of oneself – one’s professional skills, communication abilities, and stress tolerance. Staying sober is the most important thing at this time. Once you take that leap, there is no turning back; you must be prepared to start over from scratch. Gold will always shine, but it takes a long time for it to do so – it depends on whether you can persevere through that process.

If you feel that the current workplace is suitable for your career development, then there’s no need to change jobs, especially since you’ll have to adapt to everything at a new workplace!
I want to work at a more stable workplace; income is not that important to me. What matters is that the job suits me, and I don’t have to be away from home all the time – I feel guilty towards my family.
After getting married, people usually prefer stability! If one isn’t married yet, is it possible to earn more outside? That’s something worth considering!
