I received an interview invitation from the Shanghai branch some time ago, but I’m not aware of the specific details regarding the situation there. Is there anyone who knows something about it or who works there? Could you provide some information on various aspects such as compensation and work conditions? Thank you very much~~:handshake This post was last edited by htt1229 on 2009-3-2 20:08
I’m sorry, I’m not very clear about it. I can’t help you anymore... Is it a private company or a state-owned enterprise? I hadn’t heard of it before. How so? Gaga~
The branch offices are all affiliated entities; they are private companies, and they’re terrible
I had business with them in 2007; the people at the design institute were fine. The original Lianyungang Design Institute was acquired by China Blue Star.

It shouldn’t be a part-time arrangement; the person who recruited me said the basic salary is over 2,000, plus project bonuses. But I don’t know about their bonus distribution, whether it happens on time or not.
In the first year, 40,000–50,000 should be sufficient; one is able to work independently by then. Around 80,000–100,000 per year can be expected, and if one becomes a key technical expert, the income can range from 150,000 to 300,000, or even higher. Many of my friends work in design firms; what you call design firms are referred to in our construction industry as \"mining firms,\" and they rank just after architectural design firms in terms of profitability.
