High pressure in the intercooler: how to troubleshoot the issue

Hello, dear friends. Our factory currently has 5 air compressors: 4 oil-free screw compressors of the 40m³ SMW250 model (imported from Ingersoll Rand) and 1 centrifugal compressor of the 100m³ DDA3 model (from Fusheng). It has been in use for 4 years, and its condition has been poor recently. The screw air compressor has been working well up to now. Currently, the main issue is high pressure in the intercooler. How can this fault be resolved?
The intermediate cooler may experience high pressure due to partial blockage of its tubes; this can also be determined by checking whether the exhaust temperature is high and whether the subsequent stage is vibrating.
Check whether the inlet valve at the downstream (next stage) level is damaged (e.g., indicated by high temperature)
