The device is a unified whole; let’s share our insights on how to ensure proper operation and coordinate the various roles involved
⒈One must have a holistic perspective, considering not only one’s own safety but also the safety of those in adjacent positions; ⒉Give it your best effort for every minute you’re on duty; do your job and fulfill your responsibilities to the best of your ability ; ⒊Don’t often focus on others’ shortcomings; instead, learn from their failures and be good at adopting the successful practices of others ; ⒋Respect the work achievements of others, and maintain good relationships with colleagues both within and outside the team, as well as with logistics staff and supervisors.
Attention is the key; it’s not a problem if you don’t have it yet – you can learn it. If you don’t focus on it, even experienced people will make mistakes. The device is an integrated whole, so it’s essential to have an understanding of quantities, as well as the impact of operations carried out before and after, along with system capacity and response time.
First of all, there must be a sense of responsibility, and coordination among various departments is necessary.
The facility is a unified whole, and therefore we are all part of a team. Our facility consists of three units for coking, hydrogenation, and hydrogen production, and these units influence one another to some extent. Team spirit isn’t something that manifests only in major situations or is just said verbally; it shows up in the small things of everyday life. Sometimes, when you need to make adjustments that might affect other departments, it’s important to inform them in advance so that everyone can be prepared. Everyone is here to operate and to carry out production; it’s not enough to just stabilize one’s own adjustments – one must also consider adjustments for future steps. Take care of each other: before each cutting operation, ensure that sufficient liquefied gas is prepared in advance for the coking furnace; during regular inspections, check the dry gas amine recovery tank as well, to prevent liquid from entering the hydrogen production process. Also, pay attention to controlling the low temperature in the distillation tower, as this can affect the operation of the furnace during reprocessing
I think being serious and responsible is the most important thing
To perform the task well, excellent operational skills are essential. Moreover, one needs to have a strong mental attitude, be able to stay calm in the event of an accident, and promptly identify the cause of it in order to resolve it. Regarding coordination issues with other positions in this device, it is first necessary to become familiar with those other positions and understand the relationship between one’s own position and them. When performing adjustments for this position, it is necessary to communicate promptly with operators from other positions. Avoid causing fluctuations in operational performance.
Sense of responsibility and technical skill. Responsibility is very important. Even with slightly lower technical skills, a stronger sense of responsibility can prevent many major problems. .
One must have a sense of teamwork, be serious and responsible, and avoid taking chances. One should humbly learn from experienced workers*; every position is important.
1. Strictly implement the shift handover system, carrying out pre-shift inspections. 2. Adhere strictly to process regulations to ensure smooth production as required. 3. Operate with care and coordinate well with adjacent positions. 4. Be responsible and accountable for the safe production of one’s own position. 5. Keep accurate records, and contact relevant parties promptly in case of any abnormalities during production. 6. In the event of an accident during production, act calmly according to the emergency plan and conduct a thorough analysis
Pay attention to learning more about the knowledge related to *devices, and thoroughly understand their principles, functions, and applications; Another thing is to discuss more.
I think first of all, there must be a sense of responsibility among the team members, as well as cooperation. Secondly, there must be a spirit of cooperation based on mutual assistance and joint learning and progress. Equipment failures are unpredictable and constantly changing; therefore, it is necessary to keep learning, to discuss matters with one another, and to make progress together, in order to handle various potential problems and failures in an organized manner.
Professional ethics + operational skills + strict adherence to various systems + performance evaluation + survival of the fittest
