Regarding the responsibilities of technicians in the company

Technicians are usually found in factories, where they address problems that arise during production; if a device malfunctions, they must go to the site immediately to fix it. The responsibilities of a technician are closely related to one’s position. For example, if I am the head of technology, then I need to be involved in and take responsibility for all of the company’s technical activities, including new product development, process design, analysis and testing, pilot-scale production, trial manufacturing, and process improvements. If one is an ordinary technician, then it is sufficient to focus on managing the technical aspects and quality issues related to the products under one’s responsibility.
