What capabilities are required for the qualification to manufacture automotive tank trucks?
The manufacturing of road tankers requires permits from **3 ministries: 1. A manufacturing license issued by the General Administration for Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, which focuses on the safety of pressure vessels； 2. Review through the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology’s “Announcement” on civilian modified vehicles ； 3. Obtain the “CCC” certification issued by CQC. For the production of ordinary pressure tank trucks, corresponding manufacturing and testing facilities for pressure vessels are sufficient, while the moving mechanism can be purchased externally.
