Ammonia valves and pipelines cannot be copper valves, as ammonia has a strong corrosive effect on copper. Mainly lead valves. There are special valves for ammonia. In the synthetic ammonia system, we generally use high-pressure angle stop valves in the high-pressure part and ordinary stop valves in the low-pressure part.

Our factory uses stainless steel gate valves, the material is 316L, and the pressure is generally 40MPa. Before using the valve, a pressure test must be carried out to ensure it is qualified.
