It’s common to see the original poster rating each responder, while no one rates the original poster. It is recommended to impose an appropriate penalty. Suggestion: For 10 replies without a rating, deduct 5 wealth points from the responder ； Those who fail to rate others for 10 consecutive days will have 10 points of wealth deducted. I really want to rate the user who replied, but I’ve already used up all my ratings – there are no more scores left to assign, it’s frustrating!
Penalties are not necessary; what’s important is to provide certain rewards to the scorers in order to boost their motivation. For example: 1 point is added for every 100 units of wealth evaluated.

Ttkk is right; scores should be given as a form of reward, but it’s also necessary to prevent random ratings from occurring – it’s a lot of work to manage! !
If the suggestions for an upgraded version are adopted, that might work as well, but the moderators give a large number of ratings, while lower-ranked members give few ratings, which doesn’t seem very balanced. If calculated by the number of scoring attempts, a similar problem still exists.
Moderators definitely can’t be the same as regular members; their score can be increased a bit, with 300, 500, or 1000 actions counting as one point:lol
It is optional to give a rating, but each participant should keep in mind that only by helping others can one receive double the return from them
If the poster comes up with a good topic, I think the members will give it a rating. Moreover, our moderators are always on the forum, and they will definitely give a rating if they see it; so I believe that as long as everyone puts in effort, they will surely reap rewards!
Increasing wealth by +1 can boost everyone’s enthusiasm for upgrading. But at what level do regular members need to reach in order to have scoring privileges equivalent to those of real moderators? It’s a bit difficult to estimate! Not everyone can become a moderator……
