Reasons for the unqualified freezing point of No. 1 light paraffin oil in the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit! (Winter) No. 1 light paraffin oil is a mixture of atmospheric constant-pressure Group I and Group II oils. (More participation, more rewards)! !
The oils of Chang Yi and Chang Er are both very light; I think it might be the overlapping boiling ranges that result in such light oils, leading to unacceptable freezing points. In winter, is the freezing point too high or too low?
Some companies, especially small ones, set very high secondary controls in order to increase yields. The secondary line of my unit only provides insulation; there is no heat mixing, and in winter the temperature is kept at +10. Suggestion: Raise the level at the front line and lower it at the top of the tower, as the freezing point at the front line is lower after all. In this way, the mixing with the second-grade material is generally around -10.
