No IR polarization curve, or no IR polarization curves? I’m not sure what IR refers to; it could be internal resistance, insulation resistance, or infrared. I’m not very familiar with electrochemical concepts. This post was last edited by RainWolf on 2009-3-3 11:14]
To supplement wolf: IR should stand for Infrared, and there are many articles on infrared polarization.
In electrochemistry, IR generally refers to internal resistance drop. The concept of a polarization curve is not difficult to find; a curve that describes the relationship between current density and electrode potential based on experimentally measured data is called a polarization curve.
