What procedures are required for a factory to obtain the qualification for calibrating pressure gauges? What certificates are needed? ? ?
Firstly, both hardware and software are required. 1. Hardware: Standard gauges and pressure calibration equipment are necessary, as well as a dedicated calibration room. 2. Software: Two persons who have obtained certificates for calibrating pressure gauges are needed, along with relevant rules and forms. After that, it is necessary to communicate with the local Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau; whether approval will be given depends on their attitude and whether you might compete with them for jobs. In the end, they will decide whether to grant you the qualification for calibration, though this qualification is only valid within your own company
Go to the Technical Supervision Bureau for consultation services; paying the fee makes it easy to get things done
First, submit an application; then upgrade the hardware according to the scope of business being carried out. Meanwhile, send personnel to attend training on qualifications required by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine. After passing the exams, apply to the relevant metrology management agency for inspection. Once the inspection is successful, it’s time to get started!
1. Purchase a standard device (class II piston). 2. Conduct a half-yearly assessment of the equipment. 3. The metrology department submits an application to establish a standard. 4. Carry out assessments (on-site, for both personnel and equipment). Appendix: Our equipment 1.1. Class II piston pressure gauge 2.2. Standard pressure module 3.3. Pressure calibration pump 4.4.
