The flange hole diameter is too small; how to repair it?
Clamp the flange on the lathe and just drill the hole larger.
Just re-machine it, it’s very simple. Sometimes the sealing surfaces can be re-machined, for example, turning a convex surface into a concave one! We have done such things before!
It is recommended not to carry out repairs; non-standard flanges pose a safety risk
I mean the diameter of the bolt hole should be 15.875, but it’s currently 12.7 – how to fix this?
Pay attention to the number of holes and the spacing between them; go back to the lathe and turn it to 15.875 again.
Expand the bolt holes on the drilling machine.
