Forms of abrasive tools for crushers

In Attachment 1, the crushing motor is installed vertically； In Appendix II, the crushing motor is installed horizontally. The crushing equipment is now basically determined; only the form of the crushing tool remains to be decided. I have considered options similar to meat grinders, as well as those with circular grinding tools or impact-type mechanisms, but I don’t think any of them are very good. What suggestions do you have? What materials are to be crushed? Install it in the second format using a swinging type crusher, OK?
Do you mean that it shakes a lot when vibrating?
For crushing drugs, it is required that the resulting particles pass through a 200-mesh sieve; the crushed material passes through the sieve, with a receiving system located below it.
5# Lai Lai, could you tell us how things are progressing with resolving the issue at the moment, and how it was resolved? I haven’t used a 200-mesh grinder after crushing yet; please advise.
