The container contains an organic liquid (at a temperature of 160°C and a pressure of 0.5 MPa), while the coil contains chilled brine (at a temperature of 0°C and a pressure of 0.4 MPa). Can XB350 gaskets be used for the flanges of the coil? Is insulating resin paint a flammable material? Is it best to use SO, MFM pipe flanges for flammable media?
The coil is filled with chilled brine; whether this brine contains a retardant and whether its pH value is neutral. The chilled brine used by our company contains a retardant, and an ion-exchange membrane base is used to adjust the pH value to neutral, so ordinary flanges are used in this case.
