How can the catalyst in the raw sleeve be completely removed?

Dear colleagues: Our catalytic unit is of the coaxial type. Every time the catalyst is removed, the catalyst remaining in the regenerator sleeve where the regenerator plug valve is located cannot be completely removed, and manual cleaning is required. How do you all remove the agent? Are there any good modifications? Thank you!
Do you have those from Jilian and Changling? Can your FDFCC units be completely cleaned out when they are shut down for agent removal?:handshake
Only backflow air can be used for repeated purging
The thick hose can be manually connected to facilitate ventilation and purging. . . :lol
During the shutdown and agent removal process, industrial air is incorporated into the sleeve pressurized air for purging, or temporary tape is used at the location where the agent is to be sampled to direct industrial air for purging. Last edited by chengkang on 2009-3-7 19:47.]
