winLoad version 1.0: 3 s7 k5 b8 l, M’ s2 C – developed by the China Building Standard Design and Research Institute; I’ve never used it
There are calculations available in the Staad software; you can refer to the relevant codes: wind loads – Code for Loads on Building Structures, and seismic loads – Code for Seismic Design of Buildings
Designed using Autoplant or PDMS, PDS, etc
