In fact, state-owned enterprises were a very good choice, but why did I give up back then? Later, I got an offer from a company called Global Market, which was recruiting on campus. So people like me who don't have to go to school immediately went to work, and my position was sales. As a result, I witnessed many private entrepreneurs who were hungry and cultivated land when they were young. Although I have feelings for Global Market, I was a little bit reluctant to leave it, but I chose to leave rationally and make another bet. As a result, I was kicked out by the security guard. Later, I didn’t do it because the product was not good. Some seniors who graduated from Fudan are working in Amway. There are also students who graduated from Jiaotong University and Fudan University who sell insurance, but their first month’s salary is 4k (more than those in the top 500 companies). . . Let’s talk about salary here. The 5k offered by foreign companies is actually not as good as the 3k offered by state-owned enterprises. Because the fourth gold is 20%, and the 5k is about 3.8k, and foreign companies basically have no bonuses and year-end bonuses. You get 2.5k for 3k, but the year-end bonus usually has five figures, and there will also be benefits, such as OK cards, etc. You can calculate it yourself. So state-owned enterprises are better than foreign companies, this is my conclusion. But most people can only go to foreign companies or private companies. This is also an opportunity to make a career. Maybe they will become a boss in a few years. . . Now I believe more and more that everyone can be the top scholar in any field. After graduation, everything has just begun. I once saw a reprint in Shuiyuan about a Tsinghua student (the author claims to have graduated from one of the two best schools in Beijing). He didn't find a job when he graduated. Later, he not only found a job, but also had a house and a car five years later. At the time I thought it was bullshit, but now that I think about it, it is very possible, although not everyone can do it. This is my experience half a year after graduation.
