Oil pipeline cathodic protection current density

The oil pipeline constructed by my company is 42km long, with a total of 3 DN400, DN200, and DN200 mediums of gasoline and diesel. The soil resistivity is low (less than 20Ω.m). Can you please recommend a reference value for current density? Some choose 5μA/m2, some choose 20μA/m2, and some choose 0.25mA/m2. It depends on what kind of insulation or insulation material you use for your pipes. If the insulation is good, use 5μA/m2.
