Influencing factors: The most important thing about the primary cooler equipment itself, the cooling medium, the efficiency of the electric tar collector, the tar recovery process, etc. is the carbonization temperature and speed. Will it turn all the tar into gas?
The main problem is the coal blending and coking operation system.

What is the process like? Tar yield is closely related to coal blending, coke oven operations, chemical production operations, and process equipment, and requires in-depth analysis.
The primary cooling process is a two-stage horizontal tube primary cooler, an electric tar collector, and a blower.

The product yield should not be solely determined to be the same as the design. The design yield is only the result obtained under an ideal situation and has only reference significance. Tar production generally has little process controllability. The tar in the gas can basically only be removed through the primary cooler and the electric tar trap. Therefore, the gas temperature after the primary cooler must be strictly controlled. Once the coal blending index is determined, the yield of the chemical product will basically be determined.
