Regarding the issue of the vacuum pumps in Sanyo refrigerators getting stuck frequently

One of the vacuum pumps used in our company’s Sanyo refrigeration units gets stuck about once a week. When it is taken apart, there are substances frozen inside by the refrigerant; these substances do not melt, and they are mixed with rust and other materials. However, after the pump is cleaned, it only functions for a short period of time. The lubricating oil needs to be replaced every month or so. I would like to ask everyone what could be causing this problem and how it can be solved.
Water got into the lubricant; it was caused by freezing. Rust comes from the refrigeration lines, so it is best to evacuate the air at the top of a larger container located at a higher point in the system.
But our other unit uses the same oil and the same pumping method.
Install a filter at the inlet to see if such issues still occur, and also check for any leaks in the cooling system.
A filter screen was already installed, and I added several more layers on top of that
