Not at all. Exam scores are not determined by your previous employer, and as of now, basic exams do not have an expiration date.
No need; the examination center already has your results from the basic exam. For the specialized exam, all you need to do is have your current employer handle the registration for you. It’s recommended that you call the examination center in your province for further inquiries~~~
