What is the reason for many bubbles coming out of the lubricating oil tank?
1 Oil overheating. 2 Air in the oil tank. Impact splashing of the 3rd oil return.
Has the lubricant become emulsified? When lubricant comes into contact with water or contains water, vapor is generated and bubbles form. A high temperature of the lubricant can also lead to similar situations, but this has not been observed; however, it can occur when too much lubricant is used and the temperature is very high. The quality of the lubricant may be unstable, or lubricant that is not suitable for this pump may have been used – the correct grade of lubricant may not have been used either. In most cases, water getting into the lubricant is the cause; there are many ways for water to get in, such as through poor or damaged seals, into the cooling water, or as a result of cleaning activities at the site. The lubricant itself may also contain unacceptable amounts of water

Caused by water or gas entering the oil; Caused by high oil temperature ; Analyze the oil quality and take prompt action to address the issues, thereby preventing accidents.
Check whether the oil vent of the tank is blocked.

There may be water at most; an oil injection purification device is used.

One is that the oil has emulsified, and the other is that the oil level is too high, allowing air to get in:handshake
Check the oil pump inlet pipeline for air leaks.
