There have been a lot of problems recently, one after another. No, a new problem has arisen: The reason why our raw material pump empties is very simple, but the reason is not easy to find. go through: During normal production, when one of our operators put the inverter into use for trial operation with load, a problem occurred and the motor rotated in reverse. After discovering it, I quickly switched to another pump, but something strange happened - the pump emptied out. Nothing moved. The pump was running fine just now. Why did it drain out all of a sudden? Please help me analyze it, experts. Thank you in advance! This post was last edited by czx000323 on 2009-3-4 22:09 ]
Please explain clearly... what is the medium, what are the pipeline connections, and what type of raw material pump is it? It's hard to see clearly even if you don't explain it clearly. Is the water diversion device used out of water?
The outlets of the two pumps are connected, and the raw materials are evacuated when reversed. It is also possible that if the temperature of the high-temperature pump drops,
A pump that rotates in reverse must have the output setting of the frequency converter reversed. If it fails to start under load, the inlet and outlet of the running pump will be short-circuited through the frequency converter pump, causing the running pump to be evacuated.
You are right, but why does the pump become empty when it is reversed?
Learn from the lesson. Before running the pump, test the forward and reverse rotation first, then test the pump with load to see if the motor is overheated.
Cause determined: The initial boiling point of the coke-suppressing and yield-increasing agent added at the pump inlet was only 60°C, while the raw oil temperature was 120°C. When the pumps were reversed, the vaporized yield-increasing agent was brought into the two pumps, causing the pumps to be evacuated. Fortunately, it was handled in time, otherwise it would have had very serious consequences. Remind friends who inject ingredients at the entrance of the raw material pump to learn a lesson!
If the raw materials are watery, they may be drained.
