As we all know, the first stage of the two-stage calcination is anaerobic. To better control the atmosphere, an oxygen meter has been installed at the flue gas outlet of Stage 1; please discuss this oxygen meter.
In the first stage of roasting, oxygen is limited; adding oxygen in the second stage is done to ensure that there is sufficient iron content in the slag after roasting, so that the conversion system has enough oxygen for the conversion process. In fact, a single roasting oxygenation curve doesn’t have much practical significance; generally, the color of the slag is used to make judgments.
