I would like to ask everyone, do you have any plans for absorbing the exhaust gas from the acetic acid storage tank (vault + nitrogen seal) plus the exhaust gas from the starting platform? Our design institute doesn't know how to implement it.

I think if the design institute doesn’t understand the situation, it can solve it in three ways:: Conduct research on similar companies, collect relevant literature, and seek help from environmental impact assessment units. What I propose is a water washing and absorption method for the acetic acid-containing tail gas during the operation of the finished acetic acid storage tank area, not the treatment of CO-containing tail gas during the acetic acid production process. They found a company in Shanghai and were worried that we would use their plan to apply for approval instead of purchasing their products. Just use the secondary water washing method. Acetic acid is very soluble in water, but the concentration of the secondary washing water cannot be controlled high, otherwise the concentration of acetic acid in the washed exhaust gas will not meet the standard.
