Energy consumption comes from: 103-J and 105-J. Loss: Bleed air. Method: Pre-system optimization for purer hydrogen and nitrogen gases. Synthesis system: hydrogen-to-nitrogen ratio, control of the synthesis tower bed temperature.
Optimize the hydrogen-to-nitrogen ratio, reduce the pressure in the synthesis system, and lower power consumption; properly control the ammonia liquid level to prevent gas leakage. Control the bed temperature of the synthesis tower properly. Strengthen inspections to prevent leaks.
