It should be the novolen process, which is the general contractor of SINOPEC ENGINEERING CORP. The PP in Tianjin uses the BARSELL process. I have provided a lot of equipment for these two devices, it is unmistakable: lol

PP is Lummus novolen technology, ethylene is Lummus technology, and PE is Univation technology.
