How to monitor the quality of equipment used for producing sulfuric acid from sulfur?

Our company is planning to launch a 120,000-ton sulfur-based sulfuric acid production project on a turnkey basis. How can we monitor the quality of the equipment used by the contractor as well as the quality of the construction work? Our company does not possess the technology or experience required to produce sulfuric acid from sulfur; we would be extremely grateful if experts could provide some guidance on this matter!
There are not many key pieces of equipment used in sulfur-based acid production; it is sufficient to choose equipment from manufacturers with a proven track record. For custom-made equipment, it is better to turn to large companies that have experience in carrying out sulfur-based acid production projects, this way avoiding various problems down the road – otherwise, things can get quite troublesome!
If choosing a manufacturer, I personally think it’s better to go with those based in the Yangzhou area; after all, they are established companies with many years of production experience
Those from Yangzhou or Nanhua are both fine.
We are planning to choose either Jin Tao or Qing Song from Yangzhou – how are they?
