Our company has started cutting salaries; it’s tragic. I wonder how everyone is doing?
You guys have just started reducing prices, while we already did that; our prices are around 30-40% off. There are no signs of improvement, and layoffs are next.
What type of organization do you work for? Although our company’s business has been affected, there has been no salary cut yet
We’re fine; we haven’t received any similar unfortunate news. It means that controls on procurement costs have become stricter; as a result, profits are poor and employee benefits cannot be maintained.
That’s just the way it is for us: if the performance is good, the salary remains the same; if it’s not good, it’s still the same amount – 1200. What’s the point of that? If it goes down any further, I’ll just go back home and work in the fields~~~~~:lol
Different companies have different policies, but there are many unscrupulous companies that, even though they weren’t greatly affected, take the opportunity of the economic crisis to cut salaries
We don’t have any similar news for the time being; poor performance could occur, and employee benefits might show a negative trend.
We have already started cutting salaries and bonuses, by an estimated 20%-30%; so far, the staff has not asked for any cuts.
As we are a newly established organization, we are currently in the process of preparing for full operational capacity; there are no salary cuts or layoffs.
We also had our salaries reduced. It is said that oil refining is losing money. Damn it, losses occur when oil prices are high, and even greater losses when they’re low. Workers are idiots, easy to fool.
Winter has arrived; how far can spring be?
I absolutely and completely agree – those unscrupulous bosses are really unfair
