According to a report on Solarbe website, the national technical exchange event for polysilicon companies, organized by the China Electronic Materials Industry Association, reached its fourth stop recently – Chongqing Daquan New Energy Co., Ltd. This exchange event was organized by the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and the China Electronic Materials Industry Association. It focused on conducting investigations into six leading domestic polysilicon companies: Luoyang Zhongsi High-Tech Company, Sichuan Xinguang Silicon Technology Co., Ltd., Emei Semiconductor Materials Factory, Chongqing Daquan New Energy Co., Ltd., Jiangsu Shunda Electronic Materials Technology Co., Ltd., and Suntech LDK Solar High-Tech Co., Ltd. Accompanied by Ge Fei, the Group’s Executive President, and relevant leaders from Daquan New Energy, the expert group first visited the production site of Daquan New Energy in Chongqing as well as the site of its first phase of expansion. After the visit, the expert group held a discussion. Ge Fei gave a brief introduction to the Daquan Group to the guests, and provided detailed information on Daquan’s team of domestic and foreign experts in the field of polysilicon, production technologies, manufacturing processes, performance standards, energy and material consumption, operation status of key equipment, as well as safety, environmental protection measures and testing methods. After thorough evaluation, the expert panel unanimously agreed that Chongqing Daquan New Energy is currently the fastest-growing, most technologically advanced, and most fully equipped polysilicon enterprise in China, as evidenced by its comprehensive utilization of thermal energy, hydrogenation of silicon tetrachloride, and complete recycling of hydrogen chloride ; The entire system has low energy consumption and can operate in a fully closed-loop, fully automatic manner ; In particular, by having a team of domestic and foreign experts work together to develop production lines of international standard, it has become a leader in China’s polysilicon industry. The expert group also offered some valuable suggestions and opinions regarding the company’s production characteristics, and the symposium saw active discussions on various professional issues. This exchange meeting **ended** in a warm, friendly, and harmonious atmosphere. Source: China Chemical Industry Network
Dquan’s speed is indeed evident to all. I wonder how it’s performing now? What about production volume and product quality?
