The practice seal, certificates, documents, and copies of the registered chemical engineering engineer held by Party B shall not be used for any purposes other than those related to the application for and annual inspection of Party A’s corporate qualifications; otherwise, Party A shall bear full responsibility for any consequences that arise therefrom. If Party B’s certificates or practice seals are lost due to Party A’s reasons, Party A shall be responsible for reporting the loss and obtaining replacements for them, with the associated costs borne by Party A.
