Discuss the scale of your ammonia synthesis (including dihydrazine, etc.) plant, production process, design agency, and your evaluation of that design agency after its use. The format is as follows: (1) Production capacity (2) Production process (3) Designing unit (4) Evaluation
(1) Production capacity: 300,000 tons of synthetic ammonia per year. (2) Production process: LCA process; a new type of catalyst is used, with a water-to-carbon ratio of 2.5 in the first conversion stage. A converter (GHR) is used in place of a conversion furnace with a complex structure and large size that relies primarily on radiation heat transfer. In this converter, the secondary conversion gas is returned to the upstream section of the primary conversion furnace to supply the heat required by that section. (3) Design unit: Chengda Design Institute (4) Evaluation: The project is currently under construction; conclusions regarding any issues identified can only be drawn after the three inspections and four confirmations are completed.
One system: (1) Production capacity: 120,000 tons of synthetic ammonia per year; (2) Production process: fixed-bed batch gasification process; desulfurization using ammonia aqueous phase catalysis; one set each for medium-pressure and low-pressure shift reactors, and one set for full-low pressure shift reactors; two sets for pressure swing adsorption carbon removal, one set for carbonization, two sets for methanol synthesis units, one set for copper washing unit, and one set for synthesis unit; a total of 20 compressors of various sizes ; (3) Design unit: For the renovation of existing facilities, it was originally carried out by the same party ; (4) Evaluation: The overall performance is good, with no serious issues detected.

Production process: fixed-bed batch gasification process; desulfurization using tannin method; one set each for medium-low and full-low pressure conversion processes; one set for MDEA decarburization, one set for hydroformylation unit, one set for synthesis unit. A total of 20 compressors of various sizes are available. Design agency: China Tianchen Design Institute. Evaluation: Excellent performance, stable operation, and easy handling
Production capacity: 180,000 tons of synthetic ammonia per year. Production process: fixed-bed batch gasification process; desulfurization using tannin method; one set each for full low-temperature conversion and NHD decarburization; one set of 134 kg isobaric alcohol hydroformylation unit; one set for 134 kg and 320 kg non-isobaric alcohol hydroformylation; one set of synthesis unit for the pre-column process and one set for the post-column process; a total of 12 compressors of various sizes.
