Should a 90° folded-edge head be used for the conical bottom of a 2m3 atmospheric pressure surge tank?

One of our surge tanks operates under normal temperature and pressure; it contains organic substances classified as Category B, and its volume is 2 m3. It is used for packaging finished products. When designing and manufacturing such a surge tank, should the conical bottom of the tank be fitted with a 90° folded edge seal? Please give me some advice, thank you!
It should work. What is the inner diameter of the high-position groove you designed? I checked the \"Manual for the Design of Non-Standard Equipment,\" and the inner diameter sizes for 90° folded conical heads are: 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600, 1800, 2000, 2200, 2400, 2600, 2800, 3000.
It can be said that a 90-degree folded end cap can be used; however, other types of end caps can also be employed, such as those with different angles or in conical/disk shape, as long as they facilitate material discharge.
