Discuss the process, capacity, and performance evaluation of ammonia synthesis plants (including dihydroxyethane, etc.). Please share information on the scale of your methanol plant, its production process, the design company responsible for it, as well as your feedback on that design company after its use. (1) Production capacity: 100,000 tons of methanol per year. (2) Production process: The steam conversion, low-pressure synthesis, and three-column distillation processes are employed. (3) Design agency: Chengda Design Institute. (4) Evaluation: The project is currently under construction; any findings regarding issues can only be determined after the final inspections and adjustments are completed.
1. Production capacity: 100,000 tons of methanol produced from coke oven gas; 2. Production process: steam reforming; 3. Design agency: Chemical Engineering Institute No. 2; 4. The overall performance is okay, but there are often some minor issues.

(4) Evaluation: The overall operation is satisfactory, but there are significant variations in the temperature of the catalyst beds, and the catalyst lifespan is relatively short.
(1) Production capacity: Designed at 30,000 tons; after renovation, it is now 60,000 tons. (2) Production process: Fixed-bed coal gasification, wet desulfurization, decarburization, dry deep desulfurization, low-pressure methanol synthesis, and double-column distillation. (3) Design agency: Fourth Chemical Engineering Institute. (4) Evaluation: Successful commissioning on the first attempt; operation is relatively stable with no major issues

(3) Design firm: Tianyi Design. (4) Evaluation: The first commissioning was successful without any major problems; there were only minor design flaws, which we corrected through our own technical improvements
