Discuss the process, capacity, and performance evaluation of ammonia synthesis plants (including dihydrazine, etc.). Please share information on the scale of your compressor units, the production process, the design company responsible for their design, as well as your evaluation of that design company after its use. (1) Production capacity: 300,000 tons of urea per year. Equipped with raw material gas compressors, process air compressors, ammonia compressors, syngas compressors, and CO2 compressors. (2) Production process: 101J/JGT air compressor/gas turbine; 102J/JT raw material gas compressor/medium-pressure steam turbine; 103J/JT synthesizer compressor/high-pressure steam turbine; 105J/JT ammonia chiller/high-pressure steam turbine; 105J1/JM ammonia booster/motor; 302J/JT carbon dioxide compressor/medium-pressure steam turbine. (3) Design agency: Chengda Design Institute. (4) Assessment: The project is currently under construction; any findings regarding issues can only be determined after the final inspection and adjustment phases are completed.
Our current situation: (1) Production capacity: 150,000 tons of ammonia and 250,000 tons of urea; 3 nitrogen-hydrogen compressors with a capacity of 110 cubic meters each, and 9 units of the 75 model. (2) Production process: batch gas production, desulfurization, shift conversion and desulfurization, decarburization, methanol synthesis, refining, synthesis, and aqueous urea production process. (3) Design agency: originally Xiao Nitrogen Fertilizer; gradual technical upgrades were carried out, with input from multiple design firms. (4) Evaluation: operating normally, with further potential for improvement
