What temperature can superheated steam generally reach? For small-scale, laboratory-use steam superheaters, who can recommend specific manufacturers?
Superheated steam is used in boilers, with a temperature of around 400 degrees. Most enterprises with a pressure vessel manufacturing license are capable of producing them. If it is for laboratory use, there may be some special requirements; if you have such needs, please leave me a message.

The temperature of the superheated steam varies depending on the rated pressure. For boilers with a normal rated pressure of 1.6 MPa, the superheated steam temperature is 250 degrees ; For a boiler with a rated pressure of 2.5 MPa, the superheated steam temperature is 400 degrees ; A boiler with a rated pressure of 3.82 MPa has a superheated steam temperature of 450 degrees ; Boilers with a rated pressure of 5.3 and 9.8 MPa have a superheated steam temperature of 540 degrees. Boilers with rated pressures of 1.6 MPa and 2.5 MPa can be designed and manufactured by Class A or Class B boiler manufacturers ; Boilers with a rated pressure of 3.8 MPa or higher are designed and manufactured by Class A boiler manufacturers. The manufacturers of boilers A and B can be found on the **General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine website.

We need saturated or superheated steam at 235 degrees; saturated steam would be ideal. The evaporation rate is approximately 30 kg/h. I was wondering if you have such steam available? Generally speaking, you can achieve whatever amount you want. Superheated steam is produced by using a superheater to heat saturated steam to the desired superheating temperature.
The superheated steam temperature is related to pressure; it depends on the pressure for which the superheater is designed.
