Competent moderators: Minimum requirement of 30 hours of online time per month; a total of 180 management actions (of which, the number of non-evaluation-based management actions must be more than 60; such actions should not be limited to things like boosting or highlighting, but must be comprehensive to avoid suspicion of meaningless management). The reward in terms of financial compensation is ±100% of the “base amount” (this is announced by the forum area supervisor at the beginning of each month). Outstanding moderators: Minimum requirement of 100 hours of online time per month; 180 non-evaluation-based management actions, with a total of over 1,000 management actions in total (boosting and highlighting do not count; actions need to be comprehensive to avoid suspicion of meaningless management). Such moderators should also contribute to the positive development of their respective forums. Evaluations are conducted every 3 months, with no more than 10% of the total number of moderators being selected each time, and a maximum of 3 people per evaluation. “The \"base number\" is informed to the section leaders by the cleaners at the beginning of each month; super moderators are required to spend over 60 hours online per month in order to boost the popularity of this forum. On a forum, there is no distinction between those of high rank and those of low rank; today you may be a moderator, and tomorrow you might become the head of a certain section – what role you end up in depends on your attitude and level of engagement
