Problem with adding support plate in ASPEN HTFS TASC+

I chose a fixed tubesheet but shell-side heat exchanger (BEM) using the ASPEN HTFS TASC+ module. The pipe is 7500mm, and 10 single arc baffles are used. The baffle spacing is 585, and the distance between the baffles and the tube sheet is 955, so I want to add a support plate between the baffles and the tube sheet. But the problem is that the support board can only be added if tubes in window is selected as yes. If I choose to lay out tubes in the window area, I cannot add the support board. Why is this?
I don’t understand how to add a support plate to the ASPEN HTFS TASC+. If it is added, I will reduce the distance between the inlet and outlet baffles and make an inner guide tube structure.
