The 30-meter polymerization kettle we use has a capacity of 31.7 square meters. During the production process, the gas phase space in the kettle is seriously stuck, especially at the phase interface. During the production, we also noticed that the internal cooling tube near the monomer discharge port is more likely to stick to the plasticized sheet. I don’t know the cause of this phenomenon. How to solve it? Please enlighten me! !
This problem is a bit difficult. You should consider whether there is something wrong with the mixing.

You should pay attention to the dispersants and initiators you use to see if there are any problems with the quality and shelf life.
Increase heat exchange, lower circulating water temperature, and increase pressure.
Reduce the filling amount of the polymerization kettle, or add a small amount of ether defoaming agent before feeding (the added amount must be less than 200g and try slowly).
