I only know that there are two types: tank top firefighting and in-tank firefighting.
Generally, they are divided into foam fire suppression systems (mainly referring to systems inside the tank) and sprinkler systems (outside the tank). Foam is used to create foam inside the tank, depriving the fire of oxygen and causing it to go out. Foam is supplied in two forms: fixed foam stations and temporary foam trucks. Spraying is divided into fixed pipeline spraying mounted on the tank wall, water cannon spraying around the tank, and mobile spraying equipment. In addition, some portable fire extinguishers will also be placed within the tank’s firewall. Broadly speaking, firewalls (which have fire-resistant chambers in their drainage systems) can also be considered fire protection facilities.
