Does anyone have the drawings for the oil supply pump of the YOCHJ650 type hydraulic coupling produced by Dalian Hydraulic Coupling Factory? The oil supply pump here makes a very loud noise, and we want to carry out some repairs. Anyone with experience in this area, please share your insights.
Generally, it’s the fluid coupling itself that has its own oil supply pump; the manufacturer doesn’t provide the drawings for this, so you have to ask the manufacturer to send someone over.
The quality of the oil pump that comes with the large liquid pump is not very good; it makes a lot of noise and the motor heats up significantly. Gear oil pumps like this aren’t particularly complex – the issue lies mainly in the quality of the product. If it can still be used, then it’s fine to keep using it, but if it doesn’t work properly, it’s better to replace it. After all, if the fan gets damaged, it will no longer be functional.
It is possible to open it up for repair in order to check the internal meshing of the oil pump; it would be better to use an external oil pump with a larger capacity.
