May I ask which units have installed online sulfur dioxide analyzers for flue gas? Please provide some information!

I wonder if any of you in similar companies have already used such devices, and if so, which manufacturer’s products they use? What is the model? What’s the approximate price? How is it working? ! Thank you first!
Generally, large petrochemical companies install them, and the results are excellent; moreover, some of the detection signals are transmitted to the local environmental protection authorities.
We use brands under Emerson here.

We use Siemens’ version, and the results are pretty good.
The ultraviolet sulfur dioxide analyzer produced by Nanhua Research Institute has a range of 0–2000 ppm; the model is UV-IS
There are many types of instruments, with ultraviolet and infrared being the most common; telephony is not suitable for use online
This post was last edited by adsl121 on 2009-5-13 00:05. The price of online analyzers is generally over one million. I heard from a friend that an analyzer produced by a company in Canada is of good quality; it uses ultraviolet absorption for analysis, with a response time of 3.5 seconds

This should be called a CEMS online flue gas analyzer. There are many manufacturers of such devices in China, but few of them have the necessary certifications; Juyin Instruments does have the required certifications
We made it in the Emerson style, but the result isn’t very good – it gets clogged frequently.

Since I majored in engineering, I only know that the analyzer is used to analyze the ratio of H2S to SO2, but I’m not aware of its purchase price
